Bob Bernu
Bob Bernu is the Founder and President of Northland Systems. Today Bob plays a mostly strategic role, lending his 32 years of experience in the IT industry to help shape the product and service offerings of Northland Systems. As a business leader, Bob believes authentic leadership is characterized by an understanding and passion for your mission, strong values to do the right thing, gratitude for team members’ contributions, and building key industry relationships. Bob holds a Masters Degree in Addiction Studies and does work for the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation helping families heal from the impact of addiction.
Accounting and Operations Manager
Dana McMasters
Dana McMasters was the very first employee of Northland Systems and is Northland’s Operations Manager. Since 1997, Dana has led Operations through the transformation of our products and services businesses. She values our customers and employees and brings genuine compassion and respect for all into everything she does. Dana prides herself on modeling the highest quality service and support and brings a great sense of family to our office. She enjoys golf, Texas Hold’em and downhill skiing, but, above all, is happiest being a Grandma.
